Legal training with an operator’s perspective.

Michael’s background spans business law, management and transactions involving companies, investment vehicles and real estate. He previously served as an equity principal and president of a family office, giving him firsthand experience with how principals evaluate investments, coordinate advisers, manage operating businesses and make decisions across a portfolio. He has worked on matters throughout the United States, Europe and South America.

Before practicing law, Michael worked as an environmental scientist. That analytical background still shapes the way he approaches legal work: define the problem, identify the variables that matter, and avoid confusing complexity with rigor.

Why the firm is intentionally focused

West Palm Beach Law is not designed to be a general-practice firm. Its practice is limited to real estate and development, outside general counsel, private companies and transactions, family offices and private capital, investment funds, and startups and founder coaching.

The through-line: Michael works best with clients who are building, buying, investing, operating or creating something—and who want legal advice that stays connected to the commercial objective.
